Service description

CertifyPro enables users to upload document templates, import recipient data, generate personalised documents, and deliver them through configured communication channels. Features and availability may change over time.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload and send.
• You must obtain appropriate consent before sending messages to recipients.
• You must comply with applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations.
• You are responsible for securing your account credentials and connector configurations.

Acceptable use

You may not use CertifyPro to send unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or engage in any activity that harms the platform or other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of templates and data you upload. CertifyPro retains ownership of the platform, software, and branding. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

CertifyProis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including delivery failures through third-party connectors.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or extended inactivity, with reasonable notice where practicable.
